This suburb built up fast around the business park and Metro line, most of it in one long construction wave through the 1990s and into the 2000s. Big detached brick-veneer family homes are the dominant result.

Rendered high-rise apartment living has followed more recently, close to the station precinct. Two very different ways of living, built barely a generation apart, sharing the same ground underneath.
